We proudly offer two distinct maternity packages, each thoughtfully designed with its own unique benefits and considerations. To help you make an informed decision, here’s a detailed overview of what each package includes and how it caters to your needs

Outdoor maternity

Before You Begin

  1. We would like to inform you that while we provide all professional equipment, backdrops, props, and lighting setups, we do not supply maternity dresses. Clients are responsible for arranging their own outfits. As professionals, we are happy to share our recommendations; however, the final decision to buy, rent, or select your attire rests entirely with you.
  2. We view maternity as a unique journey filled with challenges, stories, and individuality—not merely an occasion to showcase a flowing gown. Through our lens and creativity, we aim to capture your story in the most authentic and artistic way. If, however, your vision aligns more with styled photos of expectant mothers in elaborate gowns or a session requiring a professional makeup artist for a polished look, we may not be the right fit for your needs.

1. Snapshot Session

This is our budget-friendly yet artistic package, ideal for those interested in either an indoor or outdoor session. We understand that long sessions, especially in challenging weather, can be tough for expecting mothers. If your goal is to create a simple yet meaningful keepsake of this special time, this package is the perfect choice.

Indoor vs Outdoor

An outdoor session involves traveling to a specific location, such as iconic landmarks like Victoria Memorial, Princep Ghat, Rabindra Sarobar, or even a picturesque park or canal-side spot that you find appealing. On the other hand, if you plan to take photos within your flat complex, home garden, or rooftop, these fall under an indoor session. Indoor sessions provide the convenience of outfit changes at home, capturing moments in your living space, and the option to rest if you feel tired. While outdoor sessions lack these comforts, the scenic landscapes, paired with our artistic expertise, create a stunning and unforgettable visual narrative that makes it all worthwhile.

If you choose an Indoor session, then 

  1. We bring all the necessary backdrops, props, and lighting equipment for your session. When you’re ready to book, please inform us and discuss the space available at your home. We need to ensure there’s enough room to set up our environment. If space is limited, we would be happy to invite you to our location for the photoshoot.

  2. You can opt for photos with a digital background. While we don’t have physical backdrops for this, we will shoot against a plain background, and through seamless post-processing, we will replace it with your chosen digital background—ensuring the result looks completely natural and artistic.

  3. Maternity is a time of cravings, mood swings, and beautifully imperfect moments. Homely indoor settings are perfect for capturing these authentic experiences, creating a meaningful keepsake for the future.

If you choose an outdoor session, please carefully review the following points:

  1. Please note that some tourist spots may have an entrance fee, which will be the responsibility of the client. Two representatives from ACubePhotos will be present during the session.

  2. Certain tourist spots may charge a significant fee (sometimes more than the cost of our session) for professional photoshoots. While we attempt to enter as regular tourists and conduct the photoshoot, if a dispute arises with the venue management and paying the fee becomes unavoidable, the client will be responsible for covering the cost.

  3. In our Snapshot session, we cover only one location, and we will arrive at your chosen spot at our convenience, so you won’t incur any transportation costs. However, if you wish to have your photoshoot at multiple locations, you’ll need to book our Signature session.

If you’re seeking our recommendation, we would suggest opting for an outdoor session, if possible. If you’re comfortable with the idea and don’t mind a bit of crowd around you, an outdoor maternity session offers endless possibilities. It allows us to craft a beautiful and unique story that may not always be achievable in an indoor session.

In our Snapshot session, you will receive 20+ edited photos. If you’d like all unedited photos, we can share them as well, but please download them within 3 days of receipt, as we will remove them promptly for space management. The session typically lasts 2 to 3 hours, and we understand you may need a break in between, so we’re flexible with timing. We generally don’t schedule multiple sessions on the same day to ensure your full attention and comfort.

For all our sessions, we require a 20% advance payment. While photography advances are generally non-refundable, we understand that unexpected medical situations may arise. In such cases, we are flexible and will refund 100% of your advance, provided that we receive valid medical certificates to authenticate the situation. As a transparent business, we prioritize fairness and clarity in all our policies.

2. Signature Session

The concept of our Signature session is simple. If you have the budget and would like to have your photoshoot at both indoor and outdoor locations, this package is perfect for you. Our Signature session offers the following advantages over the Snapshot session:

  1. Many of our clients return to us for future sessions. While our prices are fixed, we offer a conditional loyalty discount to repeat clients. If you book our Signature session, you become eligible for a generous discount on your upcoming baby sessions with us. We provide you with an envelope containing all the necessary details, along with a discount card for future reference.
  2. With our Signature session, you will receive a larger number of photos. While our brochure mentions 40+ edited images, you can expect 50-60 edited photos in reality. If you choose to create a maternity album (at an additional cost), you’ll have more than enough beautiful images from your Signature session to fill it.
  3. While we strive to accommodate both indoor and outdoor sessions on the same day, in the unlikely event of inclement weather or medical conditions affecting the expecting mother, we offer an additional day for the session at no extra cost.
  4. While in snapshot session, you will get al the edited photos, in signature session, along with edited photos, we create a photo slideshow and share it as a video so that you can share it to the world. Looking for an example? Check out this video

Add-On Cinematic Video

Regardless of whether you book our Snapshot or Signature session, we offer a cinematic video of your pregnancy announcement (at an additional cost). In this video, you’ll tell your unique story, and we’ll present it through our lens. The video typically lasts 2-3 minutes. Take a look at one of our samples below.
