Before You Book: A Few Important Things to Know

Package Types & Service Hours
We offer two distinct packages: Half Day and Full Day coverage. For a detailed understanding of our service hours, we invite you to read our comprehensive article. In brief, if your event requires less than 6 hours of coverage, it falls under our Half Day package. Anything over 6 hours is considered a Full Day. We understand that some clients may be looking for very short sessions (1–2 hours), but please note that we may not be the right fit for such requests, as our package pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.
Time Restrictions for Event Coverage
Our event coverage typically starts from 9:00 AM. If your event is located nearby, we can occasionally begin by 8:30 AM, depending on feasibility. However, if your event or ritual begins significantly earlier, please discuss this with us in advance — in some cases, we may not be able to accommodate very early start times. In the evenings, our coverage concludes by 10:00 PM sharp. This is a firm end time, and if your event requires us to stay beyond this, we may not be the right fit for your needs.
Baby Safety & Comfort Comes First
As baby photographers, your little one’s safety and comfort are our highest priority. There may be moments during the session where we pause or adjust the flow to ensure the baby is at ease. This sometimes means prioritizing care over capturing a particular shot — and we believe that’s what makes the experience truly respectful and gentle. Please refer to the next section for more details on our approach to baby-friendly photography.

Safety First: Read Carefully

As a mother since August 5, 2022, and the founder of ACubePhotos, my journey with newborn photography began when my baby was just 5 months old. I personally handled my newborn, with the support of my family, without any external help. Why do I mention this? It’s because I truly understand the challenges and nuances of caring for a newborn.

When it comes to your baby’s photoshoot, I treat each baby as my own. I am well-versed in interpreting the cries of infants – whether it’s due to hunger, discomfort, or simply a need for rest. My experience allows me to calmly and carefully handle your baby, ensuring that they are never rushed or forced into any uncomfortable position. We often wait patiently for your little one to calm down, just so we can capture those precious moments when they are ready.

At ACubePhotos, we truly believe that a happy, comfortable baby makes for the most meaningful photographs. During events, there are times when the baby might fall asleep just before a cake-cutting ceremony, or become overwhelmed by the crowd and unfamiliar faces. In such situations, we may gently intervene to advocate for the baby’s comfort — whether by asking guests to wait a little longer, minimizing crowding around the baby, or allowing time for the little one to settle. Rushing through a photoshoot when the baby is tired or upset often leads to missed moments and unnecessary stress. We also advise on specific rituals — for example, if your celebration includes a baby bath, we strongly recommend it be done indoors in a safe, controlled environment. While rooftop baths may look beautiful in photos, they can pose health risks like coughs or colds. With every session, we prioritize the well-being of your child above all else and may occasionally suggest gentle changes to your plans to ensure a safe and joyful experience for everyone.

We categorize our work into 6 distinct styles. All our baby birthday packages include still photography and digital share by default. For those with a requirement of video and/or album, our advanced packages offer a broader range of options and additional features.

We’re delighted to share a small but meaningful gesture of gratitude — every package you book with ACubePhotos comes with a complimentary digital invitation card, thoughtfully designed to match the theme and tone of your celebration. You can choose between a still image invite or a short animated version, perfect for sharing with your loved ones over WhatsApp or social media.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a selection of our invitation card samples to choose from, and work with you to personalise it with your event details. It’s our way of helping you set the tone for your baby’s special day — beautifully and effortlessly.

Please note that we specialise only in digital invitations and do not offer printed or physical invitation cards at this time. But rest assured, the designs we offer are charming, modern, and share-worthy!

📌 Please Decide Your Coverage Duration First Before selecting a package, we kindly ask you to determine the overall duration of your event. Whether it’s a Half Day (under 6 hours), Full Day (over 6 hours), 2-day, or multi-day celebration, the coverage time directly impacts the pricing. Clear planning from the start helps us serve you better and ensures we allocate the right time and attention for your special day.

1. Digital Still Photo Only

This package offers up to 6 hours of event coverage and includes two professional photographers dedicated to capturing your celebration in its entirety. You will receive approximately 150 carefully edited high-resolution digital images, beautifully reflecting the essence of your event. Our focus is on delivering a well-rounded and meaningful collection of photographs that you can cherish for years to come.

We include two photographers in this package to ensure that no important moment is missed. While one photographer is engaged with covering traditional rituals, family portraits, and group shots, the second quietly works in the background to capture spontaneous candid moments — the natural smiles, playful gestures, and little details that often go unnoticed. This two-person approach allows us to document your event with both structure and heart, creating a fuller and more dynamic visual story.

If your event requires full-day coverage, this package includes up to 10 hours of photography with two photographers. You’ll receive approximately 200 beautifully edited photos, ensuring even the smallest moments are not missed. Please note, if your event is spread across two separate half-days, it will still be considered a full-day booking.

Please note that this package includes digital photos only and does not come with a printed album. If you’re looking for a package that includes a beautifully designed photo album as part of your keepsake, we invite you to explore Package 3, which offers that option.

2. Digital Photo + Video

This package includes a combination of high-quality digital photography and cinematic videography, with one photographer and one videographer dedicated to your event. You’ll receive up to 6 hours of coverage, approximately 150 professionally edited digital photos, a 2-minute highlight teaser, and a 12-minute full video that beautifully narrates your celebration. This is an ideal option for families who wish to preserve both still moments and moving memories from their special day.

We intentionally maintain the main video duration at around 12 to 14 minutes to ensure it remains engaging, focused, and enjoyable to watch. This length allows us to present all the key moments of your event in a meaningful way, without losing the viewer’s attention. Of course, if your event includes multiple segments or rituals, the video duration may naturally extend to cover everything thoroughly. We always capture the full essence of your celebration, but avoid unnecessarily stretching the video just to increase its length. That said, if you prefer a longer video, we are always open to discussing customization based on your preferences.

For full-day events, this package includes up to 10 hours of combined photo and video coverage by one photographer and one videographer. You’ll receive around 200 edited photos, a 3-minute teaser, and an extended 25-minute highlight video. Events split into two half-days will also be considered full-day coverage.

Please note that this package includes only digital deliverables and does not include a printed album. If you are looking for a complete package with both photo and video coverage along with a beautifully crafted album, we recommend exploring Package 4 for the most comprehensive offering.

3. Photo + Album Combo

This package is thoughtfully designed for families who not only want to preserve their memories digitally but also wish to hold them in a beautifully printed format. It includes up to 6 hours of coverage with two professional photographers and delivers around 150 artistically edited digital photographs. One of our photographers concentrates on traditional moments and group portraits, while the other quietly captures spontaneous, heartfelt candid moments — ensuring your celebration is documented from all angles and emotions.

What sets this package apart is the inclusion of a Canvera photo album, featuring 40 elegant pages with the capacity to showcase around 110–120 selected images. You are welcome to include your own photos — whether captured by family members or from other events — and we’ll professionally curate and design them into the album alongside our own work. The result is a tangible keepsake you’ll cherish for years to come.

Opting for full-day coverage with this package gives you 10 hours of photography, approximately 200 edited images, and a 50-page Canvera album, accommodating 140–150 photos. Whether your event runs continuously or is split across two sessions in a day or on separate days, it will still be treated as a full-day event.

We understand that some clients may have a specific preference when it comes to album types. If you’re looking for a particular style or finish, we offer a wide range of customizable Canvera albums to choose from. For clients working with a limited budget, we also have several alternative album options that are more budget-friendly while still maintaining professional quality. In such cases, we recommend booking Package 1 (Digital Still Photo Only) and referring to this article for album selection. 4. Photo + Video + Album

This is our most comprehensive package, designed for families who want to preserve their celebration in both still and moving memories, along with a beautifully printed keepsake. The package includes up to 6 hours of coverage, featuring one photographer and one videographer. You will receive approximately 150 professionally edited digital photos, a 2-minute cinematic teaser, and a 12-minute highlight video that brings your entire event to life in a heartfelt and elegant way.

Our video storytelling approach is crafted with intention — we maintain a 12–14 minute duration for the main video to ensure it remains engaging and thoughtfully paced. This allows us to include all key moments without making the film feel lengthy or repetitive. If your event features multiple rituals or extended segments, the final video may naturally run longer to accommodate everything meaningfully. We always strive to cover the full flow of your celebration without unnecessary padding. That said, if you’d prefer a longer video, we are happy to discuss options to tailor it to your needs.

With full-day coverage, you receive up to 10 hours of both photography and videography. Expect around 200 edited photos, a 3-minute teaser, and a 25-minute video, along with a 50-page Canvera album (140–150 photos). Events distributed across two half-days are treated as full-day bookings for scheduling and pricing.

In addition to the digital deliverables, this package includes a Canvera album with 40 pages, accommodating about 110–120 curated images. Clients are welcome to contribute their own photographs for inclusion alongside those we capture. If you have a specific vision for your album — whether a unique finish, layout, or budget preference — we offer a range of customizable both luxurious as well as budget-friendly album options. You are also welcome to explore our extended album catalog by referring to this article and choosing a design that best suits your style. If so, we suggest considering Package 2 (Photo + Video) and customizing the album separately.

5. Photo + Theme Shot + Album Combo

This package builds upon everything offered in Package 3, with a few special additions designed to make your experience even more memorable. You will receive up to 6 hours of coverage with two professional photographers, around 150 beautifully edited digital photos, and a Canvera premium photo album with 50 pages, allowing space for approximately 140–150 handpicked images. As always, our dual-photographer approach ensures that both traditional moments and candid interactions are captured with care and creativity.

The highlight of this package is the inclusion of ACubePhotos’ Signature Sitter Session — a beautifully themed baby photoshoot conducted on a different day, specially curated to showcase your little one’s personality and charm. This session is ideal for babies who can sit unassisted, typically between 8 to 12 months of age. We prefer to conduct this session at your home for your baby’s comfort, but if space is limited, we warmly welcome you to visit our cozy home studio. We provide all the themed props, backdrops, and lighting — all you need to bring is your baby’s outfit.

Our Sitter Sessions are a signature offering at ACubePhotos and hold a special place in our work. Each session is uniquely styled, playful, and carefully designed to reflect your baby’s joyful spirit. As a part of the package, we offer 3 themes that you can choose from our extensive catalog that you can see here.

For full-day events, this package provides 10 hours of photography coverage, 200 edited photos, and a premium 60-page Canvera album that can showcase up to 180 images. Your separate themed sitter session remains unchanged, and events split across two different half-days will still be billed as a full-day service.

This package also includes the flexibility to contribute your own photographs for album inclusion, and we continue to offer a wide range of customizable album options, including budget-friendly alternatives. If you are looking for something truly comprehensive that blends milestone documentation with creative portraiture, Package 5 is the perfect choice for you and your family. Considering the elegance of this package, we offer a packaged Canvera album only and unfortunately you can not customize this album.

6. Photo + Video + Theme Shot + Album Combo

This all-inclusive package brings together the best of everything we offer, combining full digital photography, cinematic videography, a premium printed album, and our much-loved Signature Sitter Session. It includes up to 6 hours of coverage with one photographer and one videographer, providing around 150 edited digital photos, a 2-minute highlight teaser, and a thoughtfully edited 12 to 14-minute video that captures the heart of your celebration. If your event features multiple segments, rituals, or special moments, the video duration may be extended to accommodate them — all while keeping the narrative engaging and elegant.

What truly elevates this package is the inclusion of a 50-page Canvera premium photo album, capable of showcasing around 140–150 beautifully curated images. Clients are also welcome to contribute their own photos for inclusion, whether from mobile devices or other sources. We offer full flexibility in design and layout, and also provide options for budget-friendly album upgrades if you’re looking for a specific style. The goal is to create an heirloom piece that reflects your celebration with grace and detail.

In addition to the event-day coverage, this package includes ACubePhotos’ Signature Sitter Session — a themed portrait session dedicated entirely to your baby, scheduled on a different day from your event. This session is ideal for babies who can sit independently and is best done at your home for convenience. However, if space is limited, you’re welcome to visit our home studio, where we’ll provide all the props, themed backdrops, and lighting. All you need to bring is your baby’s outfit. These sessions are styled to be playful, charming, and timeless — a perfect way to document this sweet milestone.

In this most comprehensive package, full-day coverage includes 10 hours of photo and video service, 200 edited images, a 3-minute teaser, a 25-minute highlight video, and a deluxe 60-page Canvera album. Your signature sitter session is also part of this package. Events split over two half-days fall under full-day pricing.

Helpful Notes Before You Finalize ✨

Before choosing your package, please take a moment to review these important details that can help enhance your overall experience with us:

Complimentary Digital Invitation: All our packages include a free digital invitation card — either a still or animated version, suitable for WhatsApp and social sharing. Please note, we do not provide physical invitation cards.
Deliverables Often Exceed Minimum: The photo and video counts mentioned in each package are minimum estimates. We always aim to cover your event in full, and in most cases, we deliver well beyond the stated numbers — our sample work reflects this.
Unedited Photos Policy: By default, we do not provide unedited photos. However, if you wish to receive them, we can share them once 70% of the package payment has been received. These will need to be downloaded within 2–3 days of sharing. For edited photos, we offer a 30-day download window.
Session Preparation Guide: To ensure a smoother, more relaxed experience — especially for your baby — please read our guide on how to reduce stress and avoid tantrums during the session.
