📚 Layflat vs. Absolute Layflat Binding: What’s the Difference?
When it comes to how your album opens and displays your precious memories, the binding plays a crucial role. Here’s a breakdown of the two types we offer and what makes them different:
🔸 Layflat Binding (Standard)
This is the most common type of binding in premium photobooks. It uses a butterfly binding style that allows the pages to lay flat when opened. However, there’s a slight curved area at the center of the book — especially noticeable when viewing wide or panoramic images across two pages. This curve might affect visibility from certain angles.
